When she had 114kg, she was 38 years old, but had difficulty on climbing stairs, and was shy about having sex with her husband.
But with one hour hard fitness with Nintendo Wii per day, her size became a sexy size 10 from fatty size 22 just in one year.
She felt like the launched whale before, but she goes out to club with shiny high heals and walks around with sexy lingerie at home.
« I feel like I’m re-born. » Lara, who lives in Farnborough, Hampshire, says.
She was skinny until the second daughter, Paige (now 8 years old) was born.
At that time, she thought got lost again after getting pregnant.
She started feeling very comfortable when she ate, and she got more than 4000 kcal per day.

You just need to buy Wii Fit and Wii Fit plus. It costs maximum 250 pounds. Wii is like a DVD, so you just need to find somebody who sets it up. After that, even your dog can do that.
