Compared to the other countries, it is said roads in Japan are clean.
In this video, one man is cleaning the public road.
Japanese have the basic common sense, “don’t throw away on the street”, and there are many people who clean the roads independently as the man in this video. Because of these facts, it might be said that “Roads in Japan are clean”.
The video owner said this man is “hero”. How about foreigners’ reaction?
The local administration should respect to his local love! :) +6
I feel embarrassed while I watch this video.
I complain about garbage problem in UK, but I don’t make any action.
I want to show my full respect. Well, generally, streets in Japan is much more beautiful than here. +7
It’s sad American people don’t have that responsibility. +5
Because of these aspects, I love Japan.
That country is incredibly beautiful. When I went to Japan, I rarely saw the trash on the streets!
Compared to streets in Europe, streets in Japan is very beautiful, even we could make butter by melting it! +3
We need these kind people in my city!!!
I remember I got surprised to see the clearness of that country when I visited Japan. Especially the big city with many people!!
I think people in Asian countries (Japan, Korea, China and Vietnam) have the sense of community and spirit to look at their society carefully. They respect everyone. They understand their own role. +14
Woah. It’s horrible! Don’t you know how big China is?
Don’t you know there are so many trash in the streets? I saw that with my eyes. Please stop having strange illusion to Asia. +11
Living in Japan
No no. Japan is different from other Asian countries, especially China. Such beautiful Asian country is only Singapore except for Japan. +6
Japan keeps the traditional custom. It’s amazing!
American used to behave like this before. Time has changed….
The owner pretends looking at the train is funny! +6
It’s very nice to see people take care of the community. I’m tired of dirty streets. Nobody tries to do anything!
People clean the streets here are only people who wear orange costumes. And the men with guns protect them… +7
These people do something more than picking up trash. I saw a man who clean the platform and stairs at the station in Tokyo. +10
I remember I got surprised because of the clean road in Japan!
I remember Vancouver during Olympic.
If people in this world had this spirit even a little…. This kind of imagination is great! =) +8
Hi Everyone! On my way back home, I saw another wonderful person. He picked up trash on the street next to the highway. That old lady had two big trash bags. That was amazing, and she is my real hero! +5
We need to have that tendency here, too. My city was different a few years ago… Since having the new system, it has changed. It takes lots of money and time for throwing away wheels etc…
There are some people who pick up trash in my city (not Japan). I’m happy to know there are still some people who do that kind of things.
I wanna say I could see the same scene in Canada… I’m so sad people throw away trash wherever. People in Europe or America are lazy. They have a beautiful land and nature, but they just destroy them. I really respect Japanese these aspects.
Living in Japan
This is not amazing, brothers.
You have ever seen that old ladies pick up trashes million times in Japan, right? And I can say, “This is Japan”. This is the one reason why we can live here comfortably.
I wanted you to interview that man. I wanted to know many things!
Amazing and impressive. I hope students here should do that…
WOW. Japan is very clean.
I don’t wonder why Japanese are very healthy, and the world’s longest average of life span. I wanna live there.. I heard it costs alot for living there, though. w
Japan is one of the most beautiful countries. The reason is this! +3
I live in Singapore, people like throwing trash away unfortunately…
At least, people in Japan take care of community and make action. In my country, this is punishment…
Yeah. These people are definitely heroes.
