That was really a lovely episode. From the dialogue, music, atmosphere, etc. was just so prefect. Just when I thought Senjougahara couldn’t get any cuter…love this episode so much.

This time I didn’t wait for the subs and… I think that a “beyond 10″ is missing among the poll choices. There is no way they couldn’t put more win than in this ep.
From the very first second (the I love Hitagi” bento killed me) to the end, Senjougahara makes us realize how much she was missing us.
Nice try Neko-girl, you were beyond praises Nadeko-chan but, she IS really something else.

Inviting her father to her first date and flirting with her boyfriend behind his back. No one can do it except Senjougahara.
This episode really looks like en ending. It should clear some doubts about Araragi’s feeling toward Senjougahara. They’re definitely in-love with each other.

Ah,, but here is the beauty of the whole stunt… Senjougahara just had her father’s approval by letting him meet the guy she has fallen for. It doesn’t leave any room for resentment and resistance all parents provide when it comes to their children’s interest in the opposite sex. She just overcame the finalobstacle. She is crafty as ever if you think about it.  ^^;
I also realized that I didn’t mind the lack of progression even one bit. Why, I wonder!

The series is really about Koyomi and his growth into adulthood.
So far this chick, sorry Se-n-jo-u-ga-ha-ra-sa-ma, dominates the show and Hanekawa follows close behind.
Senjougahara Fascination.
Indeed it has become a new fashion.

Wonderful. What an excellent finale. Senjougahara…ah, Senjougahara. Sorry, I mean “Hitagi”. One of the best “I love you” scenes I can remember.
Full credit to Saitou Chiwa. She and the animators and the writers made such a brilliant character. Shines like all the stars of the galaxy.

I might be able to say this is perfect.  That ending song lyric matches to that romance story.  Impressive…
I don’t like shaft style very much, but this is exceptional!!

I wouldn’t call it perfect since the episode lacked Kanbaru, who is my one true Bakemonogatari love, but it was still a great episode. Though I’m not sure how I feel about being blindsided with Senjougahara after a long time without her, since I was expecting a continuation of Hanekawa’s story.
Oh, and does the novel mention what Hitagi was whispering to Araragi during the car ride?

I love the two scenes where Senjougahara (sorry, I mean Hitagi-san) tries to correct her wording. Ends up just the same each time, doesn’t it? XD

I’m speechless. It’s as if I wanted to cry after watching a very outstanding series(even though it hasnt ended, lol).

For the Senjougahara fans, rejoice! This episode is as close to heaven you can get. It was Hitagi-Araragi all the way through.
The scene inside the car was really funny. When he calls her Senjougahara, she tells her father that Araragi is calling him, lol.
I swear, at some scenes, just add some gloves and you could mistake Hitagi’s father as Gendou Ikari.
And the futon(?) scene. Although I couldn’t understand most of it, you could really feel Hitagi’s sadness when she talked… And how Araragi held Tsunere-chan’s hand, it was the sweetest anime “rabu-dabu” scene I’ve witnessed. It even beats her confession!(at least for me).
And at last, She’s finally revealing her dere-dere side. This is the first time I’ve heard her talk like that! Oh, how Tore-inducing.

Hitagi finally reappears this episode. It was a really good episode, but it felt like they just inserted the episode here to end the TV episodes in a “good way” instead of just continuing the arc and cutting it halfway…
I actually ended up liking Hitagi’s father more than Hitagi herself… Otou-san…

What can I say? Definitely the most romantic episode this year, with its dialogue enhanced by Saitou Chiwa’s excellent performance.
I have been looking forward to something like this (purposely avoiding the novel spoilers) ever since I read a comment that ryo took parts of the lyrics of Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari directly from the novel, and it didn’t disappoint one bit.

I need to say that I couldn’t enjoy this episode as mush as you guys because I’m a Bakemonogatari watcher seeking for mystery than romance. I even felt a little boredom. Well, it might be because I’m not Senjogahara fan…
Still I liked the last scene. It was very sweet.

I really loved it.
The scene in a car was interesting. The scene with watching star was not exaggerated and very nice.
« Staple Stable » at that scene was perfect.
Only one complainant is they didn’t see their kiss scene. I know anime has a way leaving the audience’s imagination… but I really wanted to see their kiss scene..
I thought Senjogahara’s father was much younger. But he was very cool!!

This episode proved that why the best character of this anime is Senjogahara. She naturally stole the spot light ts Hanekawa and got all attention on her.
Her evil phrases to Araragi stimulated my side stomach. Senjogahara is being Tsundere. I hope many characters will follow her.

It’s really great ane best episode ever.
I wondered when Hanekawa appeared, but it’s the episode of Hitagi and Koyomi. The creator seemed to show one end for people who could not watch the last streaming three episodes.
Ah.. Hitagi… nice..
When she whispered to Koyomi’s ear, his ear turned red …. The scene touching legs is like speed mater being over the red zone.

Well, I don’t think I can forget that last scene for a while… I read the original, so I knew it’s connected to ED lyric, but what I watched was beyond my imagination.
This ending was very highly evaluated in the other countries, too.
Such a long time to see that much beautiful ending…
Well, but this is not the real final episode, tough.
Oh, but only one claim on this last scene… Kiss scene.
We often see that claim in the foreign thread and site. I don’t know why they really stick on kiss scene….

 

I think the reaction to Bakemonogatari anime episode 12 is just
« Senjogahara, no, Higati Fascination ».^^
Hitagi-san appeared finally and acted from the beginning to the end as she wanted.
Senjogahara fans were too excited!

Not only the last’s romance part, but the other comedy part were popular among foreigners. Especially, the scene Hitagi teased Araragi and let him call her « Hitagi-san » by bringing her father.
Many foreigners seemed to be influenced and wrote « Senjogahara, sorry Hitagi-san ».
About Hitagi’s father, that voice was talked as I expected. Many foreigners seemed to remember Gendo by his voice. Personally I felt bit sad because nobody talked about Madao…. ^^

« Because it’s the final episode, they forced to insert Senjogahara story? »
I think this story development is exactly following the original.
It’s the one scene of « Tsubasa cat » and their definite relation would related to Hanekawa’s story…. I think.
After watching the last three episodes at the official site, these foreigners would see this episode 12 for the real final episode…. I look forward to see their reaction at that time… ^^
